1. The host was really nice and accommodating. He gave detailed and clear instructions during check in and check out and replied quickly when I had to add a guest. 2. Location is excellent. Even if you don’t bring anything, you’ll be fine. The house is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets (literally as soon as you go down the stairs and go outside, the shops are there) you can go to to buy everything you need. 3. The house itself is very spacious and clean. Perfect for any kind of party. The kids loved the decorations and the novelty of sleeping on a tatami floor. The owner had a wonderful pdf guide which helped us with planning our trip and finding everything. There were many amenities in stock so we could pack lighter on the train
