Overall it was fine once we realized what kind of accommodations we booked. The space is a basic Korean-style 1-room + private bathroom unit with a small common area including microwave and cold/hot water dispenser; expect Korean-style showers and towels (i.e. shower attached to sink faucet and small towels). The location is great - close to the beach, near a lot of restaurants & convenience stores - and our parking spot was free (with reservations) but tight so we ended up using street parking a lot which happened to be free over the weekends. Good value, just keep in mind there are 4 units (with private bathrooms) that share the small common space and entry way.
