The Apartment is really a cosy place to enjoy the holiday. It has a playful and family charm from its big children play area in the middle. From the collecting the keys to the checkout, it was a good experience. (The owner itself come to receive us to the Airport, and it was very kind gesture to us.) The apartment is located easy access to the city centre and facilities were exactly match as it mentioned in booking.com. The Magnum supermarket is very nearby with a 3 min of walkable distance, made our stay more comfortable and homelike experiences.

You feel your bones again and feel 10 years younger. (For 2 days).

Fantastic location if you are in Astana for touristic purposes and want to see all the main sites. This hotel is in one of the buildings along the main arcade where everything is at (ex. Baiterek tower is a 5-10min stroll away depending on how fast you walk). My room's view was phenomenal; I had a view of the Baiterek and Presidential Palace. The hotel host was very communicative and was present/helped me navigate to the hotel even though it was 3am in the morning upon arrival. Breakfast was good, served straight in your room. The room was very clean and had all the necessary toiletries/etc. Would stay again if i were somehow in Astana again.

    Very clean modern apartment not far from Astana international airport. Very close to Silk Way shopping mall (the biggest one in Astana). The building is very new, the rooms look like they have just been renovated. Access to the room is keyless (you need to use a special code for the smart lock), there is a videophone. You can entrance to this room any time (even in 3-4 AM). Perfect location for people who stay in Astana for a few days and use airport.

    I booked for studio nevertheless was upgraded with one bedroom apartment which was great. Location is near by all the top places to visit. Staff were nice and helpful Loved the fact that there are many places to eat and grocery shops around the building

    Whilst the apartment I booked didn’t have tap water on the day of my arrival, I was promptly notified and offered a larger condo in another brand new building at the same price. It was fully furnished, clean and centrally located too, near Kazatomprom HQ.

    The flat is centrally located: about 5 minutes to Baiterek and several shopping malls/places. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It is a spacious apartment for a family of 4-5 people. It has most of the appliances - so you feel at home. Communication with the host went well.

    The location was very convenient with access to botanical gardens and EXPO. The apartment had everything you needed for a short stay. The pantry was stocked up with water, teas, spices for cooking. The host was very accommodating, communication was easy.

    We stayed for a night in a family room. Hostel is very nice, the room is clean and cosy in a loft style, location is best - two city malls, theatre, cafes are near the hostel. Definitely will return for a short stay.
