Too many nice details to mention, like the high quality toilet paper, or the very nice washing machine with detergent, or being welcomed with tea and cookies! Overall, a really nice experience and a great place to stay.

Paolo has put great detail to this apartment to make it authentic to what Essaouira represents. We were staying at a small studio but the space was used in such a smart way that you weren't Missing anything. Spotless clean. Received with fresh eggs, bread and water waiting for us. A little kitchen with all utensils including coffee and tea. Water was perfect, the internet and the location. Paolo is at your FULL disposal and really takes the extra mile for his guests. More places like this are needed in Morocco. Thank you, until next time!

Every single thing! It was a large apartment with 2 bedrooms which each had their own beautiful bathroom, large living room, Kitchen, dining room table, and comfortable terrace where we relaxed at night just listening to the sound of the ocean. The hosts were so friendly and kind and even welcomed us with the most delicious fresh mint tea…best tea we had during our entire time in Morocco as well as a bowl of fresh fruit. The property is very new and feels very safe and is very, very clean. It is directly across the street from the ocean and wonderful restaurants where you can eat outside while watching camels, horses and the waves! It is also within walking distance to the Medina. We stayed in 6 apartments and riads while in Morocco and this was by far our most comfortable and was also an incredible price for how beautiful it was! We absolutely loved it.

    Superb place. Not far from the ocean, but not in a busy surrounding. It’s like 15 min walking to the seashore. We had a apartment on the rooftop, very clean, modern, equipped with everything if you want to prepare your own meal(we did breakfasts). There are local shops, spice stores, very nice local restaurants around. Highly recommend.

    Amazing cozy apartment with everything you need. We loved the way the beautiful apartment has been restored with traditional archways and moroccan tiles. Access is made so easy with modern codes and the location is really wonderful. So many thoughtful touches like fresh mint a soft warm blanket on the bed for the cooler night. Communication was so easy with the owner during our stay. Thank you for having us, we are absolutely going to stay here again on our next visit.

    The owner Naima was there to meet me and very helpful. Everything in the apartment was very clean and all in working order. The kitchen is very well equipped and there's all the local grocery stores nearby so a good place to self catering. Got a big smart TV and there's a balcony,seating area too👍

    The apartment was very spacious with a fairly large quiet garden surrounding it. The kitchen was full of amenities, e.g. toaster, large fridge, washing machine and plenty of utensils and pots. P.s. there were little kittens in the garden.

    I really liked my stay at Yasin's apartment. He is very helpful and friendly. Internet works very good and connection was perfect for work. Flat was clean, close to the beach and supermarkets. I liked the little balcony too. Everything perfect :)

    Modern accommodation, beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly, amazing. Nice view from the balcony and very clean flat the apartment is typical and exceptional. Excellent location, within easy walking distance of entire essaouira city I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here

    Very clean, more like a mini studio apartment than a room. Fridge and shower and TV in each room, shared kitchen and bathroom. Sana is an amazing host with tonnes of knowledge. The best riad I stayed in in Morocco and one of the lowest priced.

    spacious and modern apartment on the ground floor in a secured apartment complex, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with rain shower, shutters on all windows, good bed, comfortable sofa, many sockets, good WIFI, shops and beach nearby, smart TV with Netflix
