The place was very comfortable, modern and well-equipped. The best part was a rooftop jacuzzi with the view. We stayed in upper apartment no 4 and had no issues with the jacuzzi above. The location is very nice - it is in quieter are with great view on the Bay and Kotor, but still within walking distance to restaurants, shops, old city and bus stops. We had no problem with getting to the apartment from bus station.

Spotless apartment complex. Room was cleaned every day, fresh towels…etc. Swimming pool is small, but kids enjoyed it. It is close to the public beach, which is not crowded. Our neighbors were loud at night, but once we reported it to the reception, the next time they were silent :)

Their local tips, tasty food and friendly chats added a personal touch to our experiences. As we approached the villa, we were taken aback by the stunning view of the serene Boka Bay that unfolded before us. The villa, though newly built and modern, has an authentic Montenegrin charm. Each morning, we were greeted with a coffee and a picturesque view. Compared to crowded Kotor that is 15 minutes away by car, the villa is a place of tranquility and hospitality that left a lasting impression, and we can't wait to return!

    Hyvin siisti iso huoneisto, josta mukava näkymä Kotorinlahdelle. Meillä oli kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto. Sänky oli oikein hyvä. Ilmastointilaitteita oli joka huoneessa ja toimivat moitteettomasti. Huoneistossa oli myös keittiö kaikilla varusteilla ja teimme aamiaista itse. Sijainti oli hyvä, rantakadulla lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista.

    Näkymä parvekkeelta oli henkeäsalpaava. Sijainti oli meille täydellinen ja asunto mukavasti kalustettu. Yleissiisteys asunnossa oli erittäin hyvä. Ylimmän kerroksen huoneisto oli rauhallinen.

    Erittäin siisti, hyvin varusteltu huoneisto. Upea maisema viehättävältä parvekkeelta. Isäntä oikea herrasmies, ystävällinen ja avulias. Huoneiston oma pieni pikkukiviranta aurinkotuoleineen käytettävissä.Ympäristö rauhallinen, Kotoriin pyöräilymatka. Ravintoloita läheisyydessä ja pitkin rantakatua Kotoriin päin. Kauppa ja leipomo kävelymatkan päässä.

    Majoittajapariskunta oli todella mukavia ja avuliaita. Sijainti hyvä, kaikki kävelyetäisyydellä. Huoneistossa pesukone. Materiaalit ja laitteet laadukkaita. Ilmainen kahvi, tee sekä tervetuliaisviini.

    Upeat näkymät asunnosta ja parvekkeelta, asunto oli siisti ja täytti kaikki tarpeemme. Hostit olivat superystävällisiä ja lähettivät tarkat ohjeet asuntoa varten ja huippusuositukset kohteeseen!

    Asunnon sijainti oli loistava - kaikki oli lähellä (kaupat, vanha kaupunki, uimaranta). Asuntoa pitäisi ehkä vähän remontoida, jotta se oli viihtyisämpi, mutta tärkeintä oli, että joka huoneessa oli oma ilmastointi. Parvekkeelta mukava näkymä Kotorin lahdelle ja vuorille. Mahtavaa oli, että isäntä myös oli super avulias taksikyytien, myöhäisen check outin sekä matkalaukkujen säilytyksen kanssa - kaikki hoitui.

    Vuokranantaja oli asunnolla vastassa. Toimiva huoneisto aivan Kotorin vanhan kaupungin ytimessä. Hintaansa nähden erittäin laadukas. Montenegrossa turistien täytyy rekisteröityä maahan tullessa, joten varustaudu tekemään rekisteröinti heti asunnolle saavuttuasi yhdessä vuokranantajan kanssa.

    Kaikki oli enemmän kuin hyvin. Loistavaa palvelua ja vieraanvaraisuutta. Autolle paikka ihan huoneiden edessä. Rauhallinen ja pieni muutaman huoneiston majoitus mahtavilla vuori- ja merimaisemalla. 11- ja 13- vuotiaat lapset nauttivat yhtä paljon tästä paikasta kuin isä ja äitikin. Tänne me palataan vielä uudestaankin!

    Asunto on pieni, mutta toimiva. Siellä on täydellinen oma rauha. Lähellä on huippuhyvä ravintola, josta sai alennusta mainitsemalla huoneiston, missä majoittuu.
