Great apartment. Location, equipment and cleanliness were exceptional. About 10-15 minutes walk to the waterfront, market, bus station and “metro”. Hamant the host was welcoming and went out of his way to show me around and to arrange a taxi. Great view if the mountains and the old fort “Citadel” which is within easy walk as is the race course “ Champ De Mars”. It’s the perfect place to stay if you wish to stay in Port Louis and I would highly recommend it. Thank you Hamant.

There is a cooking facility outside under a roof, which worked for me. I don't like takeaway or eating out every day. It is 100 m from the sea, not suitable for swimming, but good for a stroll on the beach.

There are also a few coffee shops and cafes nearby, so it's quite easy to get a quick bite to eat. The receptionist took me up to my room and showed me everything, which was so sweet. I also had floor to ceiling windows in the living room and could see the entire Port Louis skyline and sunset. The balconies in the apartment made the view even more stunning :)NoreenSolo traveler
