Overall, it was a great stay and there isn't really much to complain about. Although a literal warehouse, it is protected by a gate and guard. The interior is very modern (smart mirror, good AC system, etc) and clean. The rooms are spacious. I would recommend this location specifically for those that are looking to stay near the airport or have a vehicle. I go into this in more detail below. .

The atmosphere of the place and the vibe was so beautiful, welcoming and peaceful and calm. The owners were the nicest people. It was a little sanctuary in jungle and we loved it. The communication was great and they were very accommodating to our needs and everything.

The room was clean, nice comfortable bed, everything works. Host is the best! They gave me plenty of information on where to go in Cancun and also gave me great advice for my future travels. There are a few malls in the walking distance as well as OXXO. Thanks a lot for your hospitality. P.S. if you're going from the Airport - take the ADO bus (big red one) for about 10 dollars instead of using the service of scammy airport taxis. From ADO bus terminal you can easily get a cab

A great Location by the Beach with use of resort's pools, beach bar (buy tickets)and food service (buy tickets). An older property but with all essentials. Close to other amenities and local transport to downtown Cancun. The Host Corrado was attentive and helpful. A wonderful person to deal with. He kept in touch during our stay to check that we were doing fine. He had some beers, water and soft drink in the fridge to welcome us on arrival. There are a couple of other public beaches within waking distance, an archeological site nearby, a beautiful church (Catholic but anyone is welcome) on the beach nearby, whale shark tour service within walking distance. Other water bound tours and service along the road. The ferry service to Isla Mujer is a 20 min walk from the resort.
