The support staff were so great through WhatsApp - SO accomodating, great at communicating quickly, providing recommendations, and answering questions. It’s such a unique little spot but we enjoyed our experience more than staying in a hotel. We also appreciated that there were restaurants that could deliver to us and cheap snacks and drinks in the room. The staff also set up an airport transfer for us for first thing in the morning. Excellent stay for the both of us in the downstairs apartment. We booked an additional stay here. Perfect communication with Randy, all details for the easy self check in and recommendations conveniently organized in a WhatsApp group chat. The housekeepers were so kind to accommodate scent-free bedsheets for our overnight stay and even removed scented items from the apartment. The firm full size bed was comfortable and the space was spotlessly clean and tidy. Everything worked perfect: wifi, microwave, locks, windows, etc. Plenty of floor space for our big luggage and a clothing rack. This is the tropics so of course it’s humid and damp everywhere. Just like our apartment in Brooklyn during the summer. The AC/fan wall unit helps a lot. The windows have bars on them so you can leave it open while showering since the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation. The apartment is far removed from the street, the upstairs apartment was quiet, and no one used the laundry room during our stay, so we had a peaceful time. We found a big bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival which was really nice to have and there’s a delicious quesabirria taco stand 30 seconds walk around the corner.

The view from the living room was outstanding and we enjoyed everything during our stay. Make sure to check out the sunrise in the morning!
