The apartment, recently built as part of a small group, is well appointed and stylish. The development is in the hills above the beach, and the area is quiet. There is no restaurant, but I ate well at Maquil (a hotel a short walk away) and (for breakfast) Orale. The staff managing the property are highly responsive.

Zipolite Suites was a perfect stay for two weeks to work from home and relax in Zipolite. Rooms were spacious, balconies were lovely, and the value for money was great. AC and Wifi worked great. The outdoor kitchen was really cute, and they had coffee makers upon request. They cleaned the apartment everyday. Paolina was so helpful, and the whole experience was perfect. This place is off the Zipolite strip a bit, which is actually quite nice. The whole town is tiny though so it doesn't matter. I will say it is up a bunch of stairs, which can be tiring, but it was not an issue. Loved my experience here and will be coming back for sure. Wifi was great, I took work calls the whole time without issue.

Location is great - Right across the main Zipolite beach, 10 min walk to the main town area and 10 min walk to Playa Del Amor. Restaurants and Stores nearby and beach clubs and bars. The apartment is above a hill so you've got a great view of the beach, with hammocks to use and chairs if you want to just hang out and have a cerveza away from the hot sun. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Air conditioner worked perfectly and was great to escape to after being in the humidity. There is a kitchen and fridge outside to use if needed. It is a small family run place and the owners are very kind and will provide you with anything you need. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The property is located on a little hill, it has a nice garden and porch and a nice view. When I couldn't find the property, the host came down to pick me at the street and took my luggage up the hill. He was very friendly during my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the mosquito net was very effective. The location was very good, with grocery stores and Playa Amor close by.
