My relatives and I were super impressed with what the apartment offers. It was also quite near to Mersing Jetty and town area. Mandy was super helpful throughout and readily available during our stay. Instructions given for ‘checking in’ / codes were very clear. Just bear in mind there wasn’t any lift (not that I know of) but otherwise stay was very pleasant.

She took the initiative of writing to me after I made the booking to give us the welcome and offer her help for any inquiry we should have. She helped us with information about transportation and arranged a transfer for us. She took the time to search for an item I forgot at the apartment after we left so that I could get it back. The apartment is huge and comfortable. The check_in instructions are simple and easy to follow.SophieSwitzerland
