The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the bed was super comfy, and the communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish. The accommodation is really great value as well- there are few places in the center of Gouda available at this price, especially for the quality you get!I look forward to staying again soon.

The location was fabulous! We were right in the middle of the old town, right next to the town square. The Saturday market and restaurants were a stone's throw away. The apartment looks newly renovated and was clean and neat. The tiny staircase leading to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the upper level was an interesting feature. The beds and pillow were nice and comfy.

Everything was so perfect for our stay. Exceptional kitchen facilities, good size shower with loads of quality towels. Very large bed with fresh clean bedding. There were a couple of problems that did not affect our stay, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. The location was very rural, and peaceful, but at the same time only 5 minutes from a motorway junction, and 15 minutes to the beautiful centre of Gouda. The property has an interesting family history & very pretty gardens, with canals surrounding that enable ducks, swans, and other birds to swim right into the garden. We would stay again, and recommend to others. The hosts included very friendly Izzy & Theodore, who unfortunately did not speak English as fluently as the owners!
