I would have given it a 11 if possible. Super comfy and clean tiny house with simply everything you need. Lots of love put into it, indeed. Fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. Spotlessly clean as well and Sarah was a great host. Tiger Lily was a bonus ;)

There is a bit of lawn directly outside the unit (studio) and a good size area in front of the motel for toiletting your dog. Very quiet, comfortable & being able to park right outside the unit is great as I had my bike on my car rack, it felt safe and secure. I’d left my dog bed behind & was rung about it very quickly.
