Felt right at home, safe in private gated building with coded entry for all doors. Everything looks exactly like the pictures, very clean, lots of space, the location was the best. This was an excellent place tucked away with privacy in the middle of the city. We found it to be an easy walk to San Juan beaches and scenic route to Escambron and Old San Juan. The place was exactly as advertised, spotless and beautiful. The host was very responsive. Many good dining options nearby in Miramar as well. Already recommended to my friends who are coming soon to the island. We would definitely stay here again.

The spot in Old San Juan was perfect; the rooms and beds were comfy and it was all very clean! The five of us enjoyed the spaciousness and layout of the apartment. We loved the full-sized fridge. We also liked the pretty, cool tile and very effective air conditioning, plus the super attractive, newer-looking decor, appliances and furniture. It was great to be near both forts and also near restaurants and the shops below. Only downsides were no shampoo (but we had brought our own, luckily) and our daughter was kept awake for a while on the sofa/bed in the den from loud music nearby. The bedrooms were nice and quiet, though.

A locked gate gives you direct access to the beach behind the property. The view from the terrace is of palm trees and the ocean: absolutely breathtaking as described in the property's name. A wood round high top table and two chairs on the terrace are great for eating and relaxing while enjoying the view and sounds of the wind and ocean.

The location is also great, in the heart of the Condado area, with a lot of café, shops and restaurant nearby. The beach is at a 10-minute walk. So, in short, it is highly recommended.
