The apartment was amazing, very spacious and clean. Great location right on the beach, close to all the restaurants, bars and beaches. The rooms were very spacious, the apartment have amazing views of the sea and very private.I recommend this property to anybody great value, clean, new, location in a vet popular area.

The location of the hotel is amazing- walking distance to a great beach with swimming and pedestrian only beachfront restaurants. The room was spacious for our family of 3 as included a pull out bed. Nice balcony.

The cottage is so well equipped. It has everything you will need for a long or short stay. The dishwasher and washing machine is a great addition, the proximity to the beach and bus station is a plus! Martin has thought of all your needs, he provided some basic supplies and a welcome beer! There is a parking space inside the building and a lift! Martin even provided a beach umbrella! We really were incredibly happy with the facilities, everything is as per the description and the pictures. We would highly recommend Martin's apartment. Martin is also very helpful and always available for any question you might have. The apartment is very tastefully decorated with enough cupboard space and cleaning materials. We really had such a good time in Boucan Canot

Property is located in a very good location in a close proximity to the beach and promenade. The flat itself is small, but has everything you need and was clean. Underground parking is a great addition to the place, it is easily accessible too. Host are very friendly and nice people, were very flexible with the check in and out times - overall, it was a pleasure to stay here!
