We instantly made the apartment our short-stay home (3 nights) and cooked our vegetarian food in the kitchen. The apartment is in new condition and furniture, equipment are in good condition. The balcony over-looks the sea and green hills. Being from Nepal, we enjoyed the green landscape from the apartment and cool wind breeze from the balcony. Internet connectivity was fast as we did not feel any lagging even when all three of us were connected and at times parallely video-streaming. Ronnie, the host is very nice and offered us his small, nice swimming pool for our daughter to swim- she didn't use it as she swam in the beaches. At a small query he instantly notified the hotel at the Anse Lazio beach (it is a big hotel at the beach) and confirmd to us our access. I bet he would have been ready to support had we asked more. He was responsive to all my calls and messages and let us check out late on the 4th day as our boat to La Digue was departing at 2:30 pm as he had no guest to check in the apartment that day.

Great house with a perfect veranda. We really enjoyed the mornings and evenings there, with the view into the green nature. Beaches close by car. We either cooked ourselves or got something form a take away.

The property is spotless, clean and super cosy. The owners take amazing care of the rooms as well as any requests from the guests. Lovely Pamela and Andrè, the owners, are always there for any question. The view from the terrace is just spectacular. We had breakfast outside, enjoying the vista of the ocean. We’ll definitely return to Exotic Guest House again when back to Praslin. Plus it’s just 5min walk from the main street and the beach.

Much bigger than we expect! Clean, air conditioning and fans, sunny terrace, amazing cleaning and service! Every day cleaning. They were even washing our dishes in the morning! Superb!

The host and his family is really nice - early checkin was allowed us after letting the host know in advance, which was a huge plus for relaxed and safe first day on Praslin. We also got a detailed guidiance and tips about Praslin when we arrived which was amazing. The morning view to the sea was amazing.

In addition, the breakfast room and the breakfast were excellent. And the helpful recommendations from them made our holiday perfect. And yes, the location is uphill with a quite steep road/way. But this is necessary for the amazing view and well described everywhere. 😎

As many reviewers say, you cannot really swim in front of the Villa, but the view at sunrise and sunset is very beautiful. The Villa is also quite close to Anse Lazio, by far the best beach of Praslin. The street outside is not very noisy, unless some cars playing loud music pass by. It did not bothered us. The Villa is well equipped and has everything you need. Arnaud organized a rental car for us, which worked perfectly, and gave us useful suggestions for our stay.SaraYoung couple

Everything you need is in the apartment which is great, the staff are also really friendly and helpful with any questions you have. This made our stay even better, would definitely recommend. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach down a steep hill but it is worth it for the views.
