Our villa was very spacious and comfortable and the location on the hill, with its lush garden was just picture perfect. The owners are very nice and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome and explained a bit about the surrounding area. All in all, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed our last days in the seychelles.

The space and the equipment of the apartment were extraordinary. All you need for a nice stay is provided, even a washing machine. The area is nice and quiet. Juliana is an excellent host! A well stocked supermarket is just around the corner and there a take always as well. We didn’t have a car, but this not a problem. Anse Royale is very accessible by bus. The Takamaka destillery is a 15 min walk away.

The location was very convenient placed. Restaurants and markets close by. The space was very comfortable and you have everything you need for cooking meals. The view is really beautiful. Marie was excellent, very helpful, very responsive and even helped us booking a car (which I recommend for visiting the island). The first day when we arrived my husband was having an allergic reaction and Marie offered us fresh ginger and lemon from the garden. The house was also supplied with water and fresh fruits from the garden. I highly recommend this place! We would stay here again on a visit to the Seychelles!

The accommodation is exactly as in the description and in the pictures, everything is wonderful. The view is amazing, the kitchen is super equipped with everything you need. The housekeeper comes every 2 days and cleans, changes the towels and bedding. Just 5 minutes by car is Anse Royale beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches on Mahe. There is also a supermarket, pharmacy, banks there. The owners, Catherine and Ted, are very nice, kind and gladly answer any question and help you. They offered us, without us asking, to leave part of our luggage at the accommodation for 5 days (the period when we were going to the island of Praslin - we stayed 7 nights at Anse Royale Bay View Apartments, then 5 nights in Praslin and then we came back again 3 nights at Ande Royale Bay) because they had no guests until we returned to the accommodation. Also, on the last day, we had a flight at 23:00 and they allowed us to check-out at 20:00. Many thanks for everything and we will definitely come back, with the greatest love!

The view from the apartment is amaizing! The apartment is great, recently renovated and super clean! The staff is super friendly, helpful and very customer service oriented! We had the best host in Seychelles! We were allowed to late check out because of our night flight. We had a great Honeymoon there!

Rooms cleaned every 2-3days. Juliana is very nice and friendly person, helping with each request or question. She is able to help with car rental as well, knows the local places, people etc. She also cooked for us, prepared fruit platter and we loved it. Place is very close to beaches, 3-4 minutes drive to Anse Royal.
