We stayed in the apartment for few days in October. Excellent location of the condominium in the center of the Laguna area, within walking distance to shops and restaurants with Thai and European cuisine. Bangtao Beach is just a 15-minute walk through a beautiful green area. I was very pleased with the presence of a built-in dishwasher and especially a separate clothes dryer, which is very important in the Thai climate. The common area of the complex is quite small, but you can always find free parking lots for cars and bikes. My rating is 10 out of 10 for this value.

Convenient location close to tourist attractions,department stores ,restaurant and 7 eleven shop. We rented a motorbike and had a delivery service to our accommodation. This accommodation is good value for money reasonable.

Both walking distance. The place is very green, sorrounded by trees and the pool is simply heaven. It has family pool and a pool for adults, a gym and a work place. The apartment is big, very spacious and well equipped. It has everything for the kitchen, the beds are very confortable. If you want something out of the loud of Phuket, this apartment is a great choice.

Great location as away from busy areas. Scooter hire was easy and cheap just next door. Apartment was so clean and huge for what we needed. Fantastic. Self catering was easy if required.
