DB Studios on Lamai Beach left me with an incredibly positive impression. First and foremost, I want to highlight the high level of attention to guests from the administration. The entire process of check-in, check-out, and motorcycle rental went smoothly and without any problems. All our room preferences were taken into account, and support was provided in booking bikes. The rooms of the residence are in excellent condition, with high-quality furniture, and the bathroom and balcony are also in perfect condition. The appliances in the rooms work perfectly, which is a delight. I would like to separately mention the internet - good speed and low latency, allowing it to be used for entertainment and work tasks. Another big plus of the hotel is the availability of underground parking for motorcycles. This is very convenient because the bikes are not left outdoors, reducing the risk of incidents. The location also deserves the highest praise. The residence is located in such a way that you don't hear the noise of the street, but at the same time, it is very convenient to access the tourist street and the beach.

I had the best time here. The Bungalow's kitchen is very good equipped, bed was super comfy, everything's clean, lots of bars and Restaurants not far, the beach is a 10 min walk, and the owners are truly amazing! Jeff is a great guy, always checks if everything's OK, Mo is very helpful, helped me with organizing trips, transfers and Visa extention (also had some forms and a recommendation where I can make a copy of my passport and getting photos taken). Even when it rains, you just stay at "home" and watch Netflix and have a relaxed day. Also WiFi is fast enough to work. I can only say positive things. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good apartment. There is everything you need for life. The owner of the apartment is nice and attentive. The cost of one-room apartments did not include a blender and the owner was so loving that she lent it to us absolutely free of charge. The location is excellent. There are many cafes, shops, a large supermarket nearby. I am pleased with the stay in these apartments. Be sure to get back there again

The location has almost everything available within walking distance, restaurants for late night dining, hair and nail salons, massage parlors, fresh juice smoothies and vehicle rentals across the way. Laundromat and a 7-11 just a few minutes away.. and lamai beach. The room is bigger than most places available for roughly the same price. With an electric stove top, dishes, toiletries along with blow dryer. A/C works very well, and you also have a regular fan to stay cool. Overall a top choice.

Resort provides motorbikes rental which helped us to see whole island. Many great places are nearby the hotel. Food at the hotel's restaurant was really tasty and we visited it for lunch many times. We really recommend this place, it's worth to stay and enjoy unique holidays! :)

The room had the most amazing views of the beach and was relatively quiet. Martin and his staff were extremely helpful with assisting us with scooter rental, taxis and tours. We had the most amazing breakfast each morning and loved the complimentary massages. Would definitely come back!! Highly recommend!
