Everything! We road tripped from the Punta Gorda airport, arrived late at night and departed early so this place was very convenient for us. Much easier to just let ourselves in with a code than deal with hotel checkin.

We rented here because it’s across the highway from my friends house and we were not disappointed at all! Everything was just perfect and better than we even expected! I love the view of this place. it was only 40 minutes to Boca beach. It was so nice to be able to be close enough to down town Punta Gorda for shopping and restaurants, but it was out enough to be away from people. We were able to have family come over grill out ply corn hole and let the kids play. Every time we come to Punta Gorda to visit our family, we will definitely be staying here!!
