The host, Manfred, is a delight! He lives on-site so there is no problem in checking-in. He's a fount of knowledge and advice. The small room had everything required - fully-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, TV+apps, good Wi-Fi. The washing machine was a bonus. Small semi-private area outside appt to relax with a beer and a book. Tip: Press the buzzer button named "Manfred + ..." at the entrance. Tip: Go to Friesach - fabulous little side trip for FREE on the SBahn to a walled village. Tip: A SPAR is just behind the Lidl.

The apartment is spacious, clean, looks brand new. It has everything you need for a family to enjoy skiing holidays in the Kaernten Region. It also has its own parking spot, which is very convenient. The landlord is a very nice and helpful person. Totally recommend it!

Amaria Downtown Aparthotel Villach อยู่ในวิลลาคโดยห่างจากป้อม Fortress Landskron 7.5 กม. และห่างจาก Waldseilpark - Taborhöhe 12 กม. Easy access by car, conveniently located close to the city centre and shopping centre. Access keys to the appartment easy to collect, the system in place is easy to use. Although we did not use the kitchen, we found that it is well equipped. Hosts were very kind and left a starter kit (sugar, coffee, salt, pepper...) on site.
