Property is near many restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the Royal Museum of Fine Arts. About 10 minute walk to the water and about 20 minutes walk to old town center but faster on the tram, from Museum stop. Host was wonderful left food for breakfast with preparation instructions in the fridge/freezer, coffee in room. Room is in the hallway of a multi story home but entire ground floor is for guest use, wonderful shower, washer in shower area which is a large space. Outdoor area for relaxing or quick meal. Safe area and quiet at night. Communication with host was easy, fast and very helpful; answered all responses quickly and correctly. Would stay again wonder place!

The appartment was great, way better than you would expect from the outside. Spacious and it had everything we needed. Clean towels where provided and a good shower. We stayed with 4 kids. We went during winter so we did not use it but it has a big balcony as well.
