We had a house with an amazing view, everything was clean and they accommodated our 2 dogs as well. We also had a great time in the spa and wellness center. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse and the quality was amazing.

The spa is excellent, the rooms are new and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Don’t forget to eat the best Burger in Bansko in Garlic restaurant at the hotel. I would definitely come again next season!

The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and balcony are clean and light. SPA is so luxury addition. It was nice to spend a few hours there after hiking.The location was incredible. Rendy had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Rendy for such a wonderful time ! We will be back.
