I actually stayed at this hotel earlier in my travels and loved it so much that I decided to book it again. The room and facilities are great (including a full kitchen and free coffee etc), but probably the best part of our stay was the staff. Not only did they allow us to check in early, but they helped me with so many questions and assisted with booking taxis etc. Another added bonus was the free laundry service, where we dropped off our laundry at the front desk and collected it a few hours later all clean, dry, and nicely folded. Would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Sabrina was available via WhatsApp with any information I needed and helped with booking anything in santa teresa. Alonso was available anytime to answer queries about the apartment. The apartment was cleaned to a very high standard. The apartment had great facilities. Great shower and an equipped kitchen. The pool is perfect.

Berjarak 5,3 km dari Sky Adventures Monteverde dan 7,5 km dari Selvatura Adventure Park di Monteverde Costa Rica, Casitas del Bosque Monteverde. Breakfast was very good - brought to us at the exact time we requested. Hosts were amazing! We found everything we needed in casita which is brand new. Good location not far from Santa Elena.

Marie (and her husband) are wonderful - we are going back next week and I can't wait! The breakfast basket in the morning is also absolutely adorable and the pool is clean and inviting.
