The house is at the location of the map on booking, so easy to find. The owner is waiting at the balcony, so i found it really easy. For boa vista prices, really amazing. Yes it is a busy street, you won't find yourself on the balcony but luckily you have lots of cafes or the beach to chill. The kitchen it a bit limited, maybe a frying pan would be nice, but in the basicness you can still make everything you want (i also assume you are not going to cook all out since its a holiday). Bed is comfi and big. Its really not that hot during the night, so a fan is more than enough (i didn't even need it).

The price was unbeatable, for the size of the room/location/cleanliness. The owners speak French, likely Creole and Portuguese. If you speak German it‘s s bit of a language barrier! But very, very nice couple. Sal Rei is very small, and everything is very accessible

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 1.1 km from Praia de Diante. The hosts were wonderfully kind and assistive. Tina was a guide to the island, organized anything we only mentioned and she is a really nice person. Apartment is spacious and comfortable and it was perfectly clean. There is no airconditioning, but windows provided sufficient airflow (with insect nets) to feel very comfortable. WiFi was working very good (but electrical power may be unstable). Bathroom nice, shower cabin much better than average.

Guests can take in the views of the sea from the terrace, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The host was very helpful. They helped us arrange taxis and gave us useful tips on bars, restaurants and activities on the island. We were greeted by Celeste and our check in and check out process was smooth. The apartment is inside the city of Sal Rei which makes it a very convenient base for trips and walking around at night and it also has an amazing view of the village and the sea.

Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area. Located right on the beach and close to town, this apartment is the best of both worlds. The highlights for us were the walk north along the beach into town for dinner and morning walks south for total solitude. You have beach bars and water sports facilities right on your door step should you want to use them but they are never intrusive. The facilities in the apartment can not be faulted, everything worked as it should. The communal arears of the building are cleaned daily and the whole place is well maintained. Sascha was the prefect host at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Sascha has also recently opened a restaurant in town - well worth a visit - and was happy to use his local contacts to find a particular type of grog I was looking for. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.
