We got Parking in the premises without extra cost. We checked in 1 hour late but host was there for giving keys. The room was clean. We had 1 room apartment with terrace. There was AC, bathtub, towels, clothes wash detergent, kitchen utensils, salt and pepper. Electric Appliances: dryer, water heater, iron, induction, oven, AC, TV, night lamps. They also cleaned it once in the 5 days that we were there.

Spend only one night at studio 101 mid of November. My one year old son enjoyed a perfectly clean place! The host Mr. Nicos personally welcomed us. Upon arrival, guests receive a free bottle of mineral water and a fruit basket. Sachets of coffee and tea are also available in the room and are replenished daily. Amazing sunset view, nicely newly renovated apartment (especially comfortable beds and shower), easy parking and good location if with a car (quiet area but not far from nice beaches).

Some units include a seating area and/or a terrace with an outdoor dining area. At the aparthotel, all units come with bed linen and towels. I arrived there late,without noticing earlier, and the receptionist (such a kind woman) came to show me the room without complaining or anything. Very clean and a very good location as well.

The property was in the very center of Paphos City Center, which is on a walking distance from the Old Town, Agora, Coffee shops, Restaurants, Municipality and etc. The condition of the apartment was excellent, everything was quite new and both the renovation and furnishing was done with very high sense of taste and comfort. We were with twi kids and we fully felt like at home!

Excellent location, clean, convenient, well equipped kitchen, excellent shower with strong stream (above expectations!), cute and comfortable balcony. Parking worked well and wasn’t an issue (in low season)
