It is brand new, very clean, well equipped, with large rooms and a green terrace overlooking the city. You can get there by car, there's a free parking space, but it's also easy to access the city center with public transport, there's a tram stop nearby. Highly recommended!

The location is absolutely beautiful, the owner is very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing. We should have stayed longer!
