Spotlessly clean with all amenities. Caveat - the building is a bit run down but that s the case all over Egypt so not the owner’s fault. That is also why the price is economical and it is fabulous value for money. - laundry is there - Ammar helped do my laundry and there is a dryer as well so you get your clothes clean and dry. - it felt like staying at a dear friend s home and Ammar also offered help with organising tours.

I was happy staying here for 2 days. The house was clean and quiet, and the dishes in the kitchen were clean and well-equipped with a gas stove. And the hosts, Hassan and Ahmet, were kind and friendly. Whenever I had questions or needed help, I got answers right away. They picked me up at the bus terminal, gave me a ride to the terminal when I left, and helped me buy a bus ticket to Aswan. He even helped me get some beer. (There are no stores that sell alcohol in Abu Simbel. Some large hotel bars sell alcohol, but it is quite expensive.) It's not like a hotel and it is located in a local area. That's why I liked the house more.

Ramada is a very good host, he is very kind and helpful. The place is very clean and big. He arrange the night show and morning visit in Abu simbel temple, also give suggestion when back to Aswan. He also be our driver drive us back to Aswan, very very nice. Highly recommend this place, and for sure with stay longer next time.

The location of the apartment is right on the Nile river with a great view and everything was homey and rustic. Its really great value for money. Hegazy the host and his father was really attentive to all our needs and never bothered us during our stay.

A recently renovated property, Roma House is situated in Aswan near Nubian Museum, Kitchener's Island. It was a very clean and nice stay. The owner was friendly and helpful as she got us a tour at 10pm to go Abu sunbelt next morning. Tasty breakfast. I would definitely come back.

A hidden jewel of 5**** large very clean interior accommodation in the midst of a genuine present-day friendly Nubian society famous for modesty and hospitality traditions. The personal touch of the owners is an added priceless human value. The place is very quite with private shore and docking station, only few minutes away by small ferry to down town Cornish El-Nile and the large souk. We have traveled almost the world, but this is the best of the best.
