Civitavecchia is a most pleasant surprise.

Hosts were in touch to make sure we got in ok and if everything was to our liking. There was an upcoming taxi strike which they notified us of. They provided us with the contact for a taxi service which we booked ahead of time to be sure. Also followed up with us the day we were leaving - very considerate!
