Excellent host who not only warmly welcomed us but also shared homemade Sri Lankan cuisine! Beautiful villa with an amazing scenary to walk by - tea plantations, mountains, smiling villagers. Honestly, one of the best places we had in Sri Lanka during our one month travelling. Trully recommend!

It exceeded my expectations. You are in the middle of a tea plantation WOW!!!, sooo quiet and still so close to the train station. An absolute gem. It was simply a wonderful apartment. The family owning the cottage was very kind and even picked us up in town and brought us to the train station by Tuktuk. We had delicious breakfast and dinner and the view from the room was simply stunning. I would highly recommend going to this place! :)

The owner was very helpful and communicative before we got to the property. He picked us up from the train station late at night, and arranged transportation for us after eating dinner back to the property. The location is a little bit outside of the main town area which was good for us, nice and quiet at night. Every morning we got a huge breakfast made by the owner which was customizable depending on your own taste. He can help book drivers to different spots around the area. Good value for the money.

Susan was really welcoming and friendly. He shared good tips on where to eat and get laundry done, became our tuk tuk driver while we were in Ella and offered a lovely breakfast service for a small extra charge. The view is so gorgeous and he helped carry our backpacks up to the room.
