Lovely hosts, great facilities and cheap breakfast. And given it bucketed down for the whole time we were there, can confirm that it is certainly waterproof!

One of the standout features of Villa Rita is the beautiful grounds. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the scenery. I particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel is also great - it's just a short drive from the city center but feels like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, I would highly recommend Villa Rita to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the area. The staff, amenities, and location are all top-notch and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Located above of a supermarket that was ideal! All together a fantastic experience. Highly recommended .

The nearest airport is Fès–Saïs Airport, 112 km from the apartment. The views were out if this world! We are on a cycling trip so it was a bit of a challenge getting there but worth it! Beautiful place to relax and take in the environment. Each of the rooms is in a separate block with own terrace and views. The owner and his son were very friendly and helpful.

Very good location close to the beach and to the medina, but also very quiet. Private parking was also nice and easy. Yassine was very helpfull. The facilities were so good, it was great to have a washing machine, a good shower, a television and a kitchen. The (very large) bed is super comfortable. We enjoyed exploring Asilah and Larache (less touristic).
