This is the best apartment I have ever stayed in my many years of travel. It is clean, spacious, nicely decorated and fully equipped with all the cooking and washing facilities. Parking is free, just across the road near the jetty area. Petter and Linette are wonderful hosts. Very responsive and prompt in replying all my inquiries. It's location is strategic, especially if you want to hike to Pulpit Rock or book a ferry from Oanes to Lysebotn to hike to Kjerag and Kjeragbolten. There's a beautiful island nearby which is within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. You can find REMA 1000, Kiwi and Extra grocery stores within walking distance too. Highly recommended and definitely value for money. Thanks Petter and Linette for the generous supply of coffee capsules.

This 2 floor apartment is huge with the most incredibly beautiful view! We were warmly greeted by Patricia and her husband with a plate of smoked salmon which was delicious. There is a two person jet tub in the bathroom we hope to have time to try out on our next visit in 2 weeks. The radiant heat in the floors kept the temperature perfectly warm. Right outside there is a very large private deck with comfortable table and chairs to enjoy your coffee with mountains, water and the quaint village below.

It was well equipped for cooking, and supermarkets were just down the road. It had very comfortable beds and lounge. The highlight was the patio which overlooked a quiet bay. So peaceful. Just wonderful to sit out in the morning and the evening, despite the cool temperature. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We came specifically for the Viking festival but also visited a gorgeous white-sand beach that was just down the road.

I would definitely recommend to stay here longer. We were driving to Stavanger and Oslo and did not plane in advance staying here for several nights, but next time I would definitely stay here longer to enjoy and explode around!

The location was excellent in central Stavanger near many restaurants and shops. The apartment was so cute, the decor was lovely and fun. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the design and the high quality bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances as well as the furniture.
