Wonderful service from Joy, other hotels/motels should maybe have a look to see how customers should be welcomed to their establishments. Thank you Joy for making things so easy, even called us to advise that our room was even ready for whenever we liked. Clean & tidy from the entrance right up to the rooms. Service staff we met in the corridors were lovely & friendly as well & thank you for doing such a great job/service. ;)

Offering balconies with sea view, Ocean Eleven Deluxe is located in Mount Maunganui, 7 km from ASB Baypark Arena and 7 km from ASB Baypark Stadium. Made a phone call and met at the property. We had pre-arranged a 14:00 arrival and Helene was waiting for us!

Great apartment with everything you need for a perfect holiday. You can even use the swimming pool if you like. Bed was very comfortable. The hosts are a lovely young family, very nice and helpful. When we had a punctured tyre Richmond helped us a lot changing it. Thank you so much for that again! We can definitely recommend this place for a perfect stay in Rotorua.

Featuring a shared seasonal outdoor swimming pool, Feel at Home features accommodation in Tauranga with free WiFi, parking and pool views. Host was really nice and understanding. They listen to what we requested and agreed generously. Would recommend them and would like to stay at their accommodation again whenever we visit Tauranga.
