We arrived a little earlier than expected, so she offer us coffee to keep us warm and some juice for the kids. We also had an emergency as there is no Uber on the day of our return flight and are going to miss our flight so they helped us get to the airport in time. They are just heaven-sent to us!

The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and heating. The kitchen was well equipped for basic needs. The staff were very helpful when we had an issue checking in. The location wasn't luxurious but was a good base from which to explore downtown Anchorage and only $10 in an Uber.

Easy to get into the apt. with a code and the Wi-Fi password was provided up front by the host. The host texted me on the day after check in to ask if there was anything he could do for me.

Also, the owner (Rachelle) was so hospitable and welcoming. Even though I never saw them or met then in person, I had great peace of mind knowing they were next door, and if I needed anything, Rachelle would be able to help. Super clean and all the amenities you could ever need! And the location was great—easy to get to so many different places in anchorage and beyond. If you’re thinking about this place, book it! You won’t regret it. We will definitely stay here again for any future visits and will be recommending it to all our friends and family!
