Sie liegt sehr günstig, Innenstadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Myrna und ihr Mann sind als Vermieter fast ständig zu erreichen und bieten neben Informationen und Beratung auch Historische Fakten und Erzählungen an. Sie waren rührend um unsere Abreise ( nächstes Hotel) bemüht und schließlich fuhr und ihre Freundin. Ein unschätzbarer Service! Es gab Frühstückszutaten im Kühlschrank sowie ein paar Getränke. Man kann sogar nachbestellen!

There is a great view of the lake and the sea planes. We enjoyed the restaurant on site, the food was good and the staff was very friendly. Also, Homer Brewing is a short walk across the street.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and heating. The kitchen was well equipped for basic needs. The staff were very helpful when we had an issue checking in. The location wasn't luxurious but was a good base from which to explore downtown Anchorage and only $10 in an Uber.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! It was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures and immediately felt like a “home away from home”. Also, the owner (Rachelle) was so hospitable and welcoming. Even though I never saw them or met then in person, I had great peace of mind knowing they were next door, and if I needed anything, Rachelle would be able to help. Super clean and all the amenities you could ever need! And the location was great—easy to get to so many different places in anchorage and beyond. If you’re thinking about this place, book it! You won’t regret it. We will definitely stay here again for any future visits and will be recommending it to all our friends and family!
