Sweet Tart Spot - Cozy TC Condo - Pet Friendly has a balcony and is situated in Traverse City, within just 1.2 km of Bryant Park Beach and 1.9 km of Sunset Park Beach. It was clean and new. It was in a good location and pet friendly with a walking trail nearby. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Check in and check out were easy and staff was flexible with check out time.

ROOST Detroit provides accommodation within 200 metres of the centre of Detroit, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. I recently had a 2-night business trip to Detroit and stayed at the Roost Hotel. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time, and I travel frequently for work. The staff at the Roost were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. My flight landed early, and to my surprise, they were able to check me in at 1:00 pm, a full 3 hours before the standard check-in time! They didn't stop there - they even upgraded my room to a brand new one-bedroom apartment, free of charge! On checkout day, my flight was delayed, and again, the staff went above and beyond by letting me keep the room until 3:00 pm at no additional cost. This flexibility was a lifesaver and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. The room itself was amazing. It was a brand new, one-bedroom apartment that was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The view of downtown Detroit was just incredible. It felt more like a luxurious apartment than a hotel room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The Roost's location in the Book Tower puts you right in the heart of the action. There are fantastic restaurants and bars within the building itself, so you have a great selection of options without even having to leave. Overall, I cannot recommend the Roost Hotel highly enough. The staff's exceptional service, the stunning accommodations, and the prime location make it a true gem. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Detroit, look no further than the Roost!
