Roost is an unexpected treasure in the city of Brotherly Love. It is clean, well-designed, and the decor is minimal and tasteful. The kitchen is amazing--Fisher-Paykel fridge and gas range, Bosch DW, washer/dryer, and Mom's Organic Foods across the street--I was tempted to stay forever. Also there's a heated pool (yes, people were swimming in January!) and a great gym. Great neighborhood with so many restaurants for take-out and delivery. A short walk to Reading Terminal Market, which has gotten too touristy, but still has good meats and fish, and some produce, but Mom's was really the best, and close by--a locally-owned Whole Foods type place. We were there for a stay at Jefferson U. Hospital, which is a block away, and a safe walk day or night, so it's a wonderful location for a visiting family member. Seems like many doctors stay at Roost. There are two others in the city. And affordable--cheaper than any of the major hotels. For an extended stay, it can't be beat. Everyone is masked and safe. Offering a garden and city view, Nimbus Cloud King Suite W/ Great Access to City is located in Philadelphia, 3.4 km from National Liberty Museum and 3.6 km from Liberty Bell. I loved the design of the room. As a Dragon Ball Z fan myself, it was great to see Goku's face as I entered the room. The sofa and tables were well-put and very clean. The kitchen had all the necessities needed to make a meal and the big fridge was very handy. The bedroom looked beautiful and I'm glad there was a TV included not just in the living room but the bedroom as well. Last but not least, the clouds you see in the bedroom were very pretty and great to see as you look up from the bed. It was my first ever in Philadelphia and I was very glad to have rented this suite out, would definitely recommend this suite to anyone.

Set in Philadelphia, 1.1 km from Temple University and 2.8 km from Philadelphia Museum of Art, Lux Stay by Center City/Temple offers air conditioning. A little sketchy at first, but once through the door, it was very easy to feel at home! Everything from the cleanliness, theme and decor, lighting, and amenities is amazing. I'll be choosing this stay over a hotel any day. It's about a $10 Uber ride to Center City, which was amazing!

HBG 1BR: Modern Vintage Gem is situated in Harrisburg, 4.6 km from National Civil War Museum, 24 km from Hersheys Chocolate World, and 25 km from Hersheypark. Everything! And I'm not exaggerating! The location was perfect, as we were attending a concert at the Midtown Arts Center which is literally right around the corner. It was so convenient to be able to walk to and from the venue without worrying about weather. The pricing for one night in this FULL sized apartment was better than any hotel in the area. There is a covered balcony for hanging out with a decent amount of privacy. The TV had Roku which was nice so we had options on what to watch.

Offering inner courtyard views, Cozy Retreat in Downtown Lancaster with Backyard Patio is an accommodation situated in Lancaster, 2.7 km from Wheatland and 5.9 km from Landis Valley Museum. Fantastic attention to detail. It is clear that everything was chosen carefully with an eye towards quality and user comfort. Super comfortable mattress/sheets/duvet cover. The kitchen is outfitted for actual use rather than being an afterthought without usable kitchenware. Did a two week stay and couldn't be happier with the experience. Great location. The owners are super nice and helpful.
