Staff was incredibly welcoming. Everyone spoke English. I was so glad to find out about the Kitzbuheler card that gave me free access to the Panorama pool. Swimming my laps there made me feel better each time. The food was delicious and plentiful. Dinner was well priced and quite good. Really enjoyed the Sunday Farmers Dinner with local specialties.

The view was incredible, staff were super friendly and helpful, room was very big and a great value. Just beware you will need to walk across a ski trail to get to the place, but that wasn’t a big deal and they offer to help you. Loved it here!

Sandy is the most gracious host. Breakfast was awesome in a very cozy dining area. The house is set up to accommodate skiers with a kids play room, lounge, and ski room fully equipped with boot/mitten dryers! Great location! Easy access to the train (and free!) if you want to ski Kitzbuhel. Only a 15 minute train ride to the base! If you are skiing St Johann, its right outside the door. Very short walk into town with great restaurants and other shopping.

the beds are very comfortable and everything is super clean, tidy and spacious! the wooden furniture is also beautiful and the kitchen on the top floor is well equipped. we also loved the animals in and around the house, they were very cute :) the different types of jam and honey for breakfast were especially delicious. we are really grateful for Angela who was very kind and helpful with everything, and the kids were also lovely :) the location is great! it can be noisy sometimes by open windows, but it wasn't so disturbing for us (we just closed the windows when it became too loud) overall we had an amazing time at Binderhof, we would have happily stayed longer!
