Set alongside the Copeland Tops State Forest, Copeland House features luxurious adults-only suites boasting a balcony or patio offering mountain and garden views

Each suite features a spa bath, a private entrance and a flat-screen TV. All include soft bathrobes and a private bathroom with quality toiletries.

This was exceptionally comfortable. The room and balcony overlooked the gardens It was such a relaxed atmosphere. Mel couldn’t have been more helpful and the food was delicious. There were some extra special touches which make it’s memorable. The fire pits, bbq area, afternoon tea and marshmallows for the fire pit. Also postcards to write already to send.

    Quiet, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Great value for money. Located just off the road from Gloucester to Barrington Tops. Highly recommended- we’d definitely stay here again.

    The place is magical. Somehow we feel energised and relaxed. We spend a lot of the time enjoy the atmosphere. Mel and Justin are great hosts. We felt like good old friends soon after we arrived. We can feel the love and joy they enjoy and share with guests. The food is 10 out of 10. Mel is such a great chef.

    Wow - this place far exceeded our expectations. It was really good value for money. Mel's attention to detail was unbelievable - the pillow menu, the breakfast menu and presentation of the food and the huge kingsize bed. We had the private room to the rear of the property and were able to eat breakfast outside on our porch overlooking the parrots and wildlife. We ordered evening meals from Mel's menu (beef ribs followed by home made apple crumble - amazing!). We will definitely be back with a group of friends.

    Friendly hosts, great food, wonderful views and the description and reviews match what you get. Cannot speak highly enough about the hosts. Happily share local knowledge so you get the most out of the trip. Great for those who like hikes, nature and quiet getaways.

    Quiet location. Immaculately kept cottage. Everything you might possibly need has been thought of. Friendly host to meet me, but then respected guests' privacy and I greatly enjoyed the peace and quiet, Bottom line.....I will be back again; this place really met my needs.

    Set on a hill side among the trees this gorgeous property is beautifully maintained. We were greeted by Mel who helped take our luggage upstairs to our room which offered a stunning view over their property. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast on our balcony in the quietness of the morning sunshine

    This was our 3rd stay, that's how much we love it. Mel is attentive without being intrusive. The property has lots of private spaces to enjoy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is a real treat, and we choose to stay in for dinner because the meals are amazing.
