Very comfortable and scrupulously clean. The bar and restaurant were a bonus, even though I was alone I felt comfortable. Breakfast was very good and included in the cost. Easy access to Geelong, an easy walk through the botanic gardens, full of birdsong, to the beach and a scenic route into the centre.

All of the facilities were in working order (TV, dishwasher, microwave). I found that it was pretty quiet and in a great location near the Geelong city centre, so I had no issues travelling to the beach or to the shops. I didn't have any troubles during my stay and found the room to be the perfect size for me! I would stay here again 100%.
