The breakfast was generous and the hosts most welcoming and kind. Top marks for hospitality.

Breakfast was delicious and nice variation. loved the fact that Ingeborg, our charming host, made us eggs every morning. Great backyard with beautiful landscaping. A peaceful getaway.

The B&B is located at an almost equal distance between Brussels, Gent and Antwerp ( about 4O km each), which can all be easily reached also by train. The whole area is perfect for cycling, above all along the river Scheldt. So the B&B is a good Base to discover an area worth visiting.

The house has been neatly renovated, high ceilings and wooden floors have been preserved. My room had central heating and a/c, a half bath and separate toilet. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was copious and hosts were charming. The house is a fair walk away from the train station, only advisable with carry-on bags. A handy (small freight-) elevator is provided if stairs are an issue.

The pool table, and garden were fantastic. Bart came to welcome us in and helped us with all of our queries about the local area. The hosts could not have been more welcoming, accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond, and the property is a little bit of holiday luxury. Thank you for everything! 4 adults and 6 children, ranging from 3-16 all had a wonderful time here. Very highly recommended.

Free private parking, great big room on the ground floor, luxury bath tub, amazing breakfast. The lady on the reception was very nice and welcoming. Just 30mins by car from Ghent -- much more than you get for the same price in the city. Dendermonde is also a cute town to explore.
