The location of this room is perfect- we wanted to be near to the train station (a 5 min walk) but also near to the town (10 min walk). The owners offered us their own private garage to park in which was fantastic- we parked the car on arrival and didn't need to use it at all until we left to come home. The room was massive, it could easily accommodate the three of us, and having tea/coffee making facilities as well as a fridge was really useful. The owners were in contact before and throughout our stay, which made check-in and out very smooth.

The hostess was very friendly and, several times, inquired whether everything was in order. (It was.) As the pictures for the property show, the rooms are beautifully furnished. Everything worked perfectly. The central location is great for visiting the city. I highly recommend the place.

Location was fantastic, easy access to old streets, restaurant and shopping - right opposite the cathedral. Host was lovely and very helpful with local maps etc., room and bathroom is very private in a separate area to the main apartment, with a lovely balcony (although I didn't use as it was fairly cold/drizzly). Water and coffee/tea was available, and a cute little honesty bar if you needed drinks or snacks.

What I loved was that they take sustainability seriously. When you put out the sign that you don’t want your room cleaned nor need any clean towels then they don’t do it. I have stayed in (too) many hotels where they did put in clean towels, regardlessly, and cleaned the room anyway. I liked to be heard in this. The location is perfect when you come by train: within easy walking distance from the station & easy walking distance to the city centre. The staff was invariably nice.
