Room is perfect, the little garden with tables and bbq facilities is great, location is close to 2 of the best restaurants in Samokov.. but what makes the difference is the owner Hristo who will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He also has a ski rental office in Borovets and he is a ski instructor so you really don’t have to worry about anything :-)

I stayed with in a central place in Samokov with a very helpful and friendly Bulgarian couple. The bus station and shops are close and buses go to Sofia every 30 minutes. Alek can help with your bike too, if you're touring or there is car parking as well.

The accommodation is excellent. Quite large rooms, comfortable beds, very clean. The hosts are very kind and helpful, ready to help with any request you may have. For us (a family with 3 children), the location was excellent, there are no crowds, a peaceful and quiet place, with a large garden, and you can reach the ski slope in 5 minutes by car. All recommendations for this accommodation.

A great little guesthouse, perfectly located for visiting Rila mountains. It has very large rooms, comfortable beds and an excellent restaurant. Stuff was very friendly and breakfast was good.
