The house was very clean -- washrooms, kitchen, bedroom -- all were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We didn't have a chance to cook anything, so I cannot comment on the kitchen, but aside from that, everything was wonderful. Location-wise, it is very convenient -- very close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The room was very cozy, bed was comfortable and it had a kitchenette with some drinks and snacks provided. Outdoor property is gorgeous and would love to come back and enjoy it in warmer weather. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit salad, frittata, hearty bread, homemade salsa, homemade jam and delicious bottomless cup coffee. Hosts, Eleanora and Dave, were very welcoming. We can definitely recommend this B&B.

I was not disappointed. The place is very clean and the bed was comfortable. The furnishings were modern. Lots of hot water. The hotel is near a busy highway in Kitchener. Ask for a quiet room not facing the highway. I had a king bed but the two-queen bed rooms are more spacious. I would return.
