That at the last minute she had a place for me to stay the private washroom and walk-in closet as well as the view of the woods. She was great communicating with me via text and she wanted to make sure I came home well. She's a very caring person.

Boasting modern and contemporary décor, Boardwalk Homes Executive Guest Houses & Suites Kitchener – Waterloo feature stylish furnishings, hardwood flooring and free Wi-Fi throughout. It offers individual apartments or guest rooms with either a private or shared bathroom.

The house was very clean -- washrooms, kitchen, bedroom -- all were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We didn't have a chance to cook anything, so I cannot comment on the kitchen, but aside from that, everything was wonderful. Location-wise, it is very convenient -- very close to grocery stores and restaurants.

I liked that the building and room were very quiet. I also liked the location within the university campus, the closeness of the parking to the main entrance door. The access from Westmount Rd was easy with the traffic light. And I liked the pillows. I had a great sleep! The staff member who let me into the front door, after I had a late evening out, was very pleasant and helpful.

The location was quiet. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had access to the kitchen and living room, both of which were beautiful. Carol was a very welcoming host and gave us a tour of the residence. The time of year and weather unfortunately didn't encourage the use of the patio and garden.

Hot Breakfasts each of the 4 mornings we were there were equally good, not always the same eggs but varied, an egg fritata one day, scrambled the next etc. Always the standard breads for toasting, two types of waffle batter, varied muffins and pastries as well as yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, fresh fruits... well done to the staff who touches any of that area! Rooms were shiny, clean, well stocked with towels and quiet. Didn't hear the neighbours except when hallway doors closed nearby.
