Better than we expected! Everything was beautiful and very, very clean. The owners are very kind. There is a shared balcony and an equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, coffee machine, plates, cups, glasses)... The cupboards are full of snacks and the fridge is full of juices, beer, water, yogurt, ice cream, and all of it costs only 1 CHF. In the fridge you have your own container for things, and if that's not enough, you can ask for more. You also have a closet in the dining room with a key where you can keep your things. The bathroom is fully equiped (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, ear cleaning sticks, wet wipes, dental floss, hair dryer)... What particularly surprised us is that when you check in, you get a card with your basic information on it, and with that card you have a discount on a very large number of the attractions you'd like to see. The location is simply breathtaking, there's lots of extraordinary locations to visit, and many of them were in a close vicinty of our accommdation. If you want to experience Switzerland, come to Brienz!

The view of the lake is great. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Jobin provided great breakfast with all due care. The nice couple offered to lent us warm coats when hearing that we lost a piece of luggage. It was great experience.

早餐很好，品种丰富，在物价昂贵的瑞士，可以帮助旅行者以很好的状态开始一天的活动。地理位置也很好，订了阳台湖景房，湖景很漂亮！酒店虽然有点旧了，但房间很干净，工作人员也都很热情，离店当天还给寄存行李，从酒店出发坐船、坐公交车，坐火车虽然要走几百米，但街道平坦，拖着行李箱也非常方便。

We stayed there for a night and then came back for another night after 3 days of biking. The man in the counter was happy to hear it and was so generous that he upgraded our room. The view was outstanding, the food extremely delicious and for a good price. We absolutely loved it and recommend staying there.
