This place is absolutely great! I decided to stay for a week, since the location is wonderful. It's very close to the beach and next to a small river. Me, as a biologist, really loved the wildlife there. Jesus Christ lizards are running on the water in your backyard, tiger herons enjoy the sun and several king fishers fly around! Also it's very easy to take a boat from here and go into the national park. The Drake trail is nearby and that's a beautiful walking path that brings you to remote beaches. But also very important: the hosts are wonderful! I felt really safe there as a woman travelling alone. They are all very welcoming. I must admit I cried a little when I had to go. It was such a great experience. And the food is great too. Would highly recommend going there!

It’s a small place with a nice garden, therefore it’s pretty calm. The room’s decoration looks very good. Really loved the vibe of this place and the food they serve is delicious. The owners of the place are very nice and helpful! They have two lovely dogs as well. You can book tours directly from them and they have a laundry service as well.

We loved the location - so peaceful and beautiful, and so many interesting birds and animals. Our hosts were kind and helpful and the food was awesome. We had breakfast and dinner there every evening. We especially loved all the sunsets and walking on the nearly deserted beach. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends and family.

Javier is an amazing host and an extremely knowledgeable guide. We booked the Corcovado tour with him and he found an incredible amount of animals. He also took us on a short birdwatching trip around town and we learned so much. The room was very comfy and the kitchen is well equipped (blender etc). We wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we returned again! Thank you.

Fantastic! We got the basic room but it was very clean, spacious, with new and refreshing fans, fast wifi, and a nice hammock with chairs in the small patio outside. It was also cheaper than other options we tried in Drake Bay, which offered worse quality.

Absolutely wonderful stay! I got welcomed by the very friendly and helpful owner and a baby Tucan that he rescued from the road! The location is beautifully situated in the jungle and gives you the opportunity to spot many animals around the property! Nice and spacious rooms as well. I would love to come back!

It is a true home with all that you expect in it to have for your most enjoyable comfort Mrs. Norma is a treasury fountain of good advice and kind information. The place is very quite and just 5/7 minutes walk from Drake village centre. I am glad I had the Good fortune to have found this property. Highly recommended.

Teresa and her family and staff were great - they booked our boats and tours for us and did early breakfasts. Rooms were very spacious (we had 2 triples for 4 of us). The restaurant was also excellent and well priced. AC was a must!!

Olman the owner was so kind and helpful and picked us up and dropped us off at the boat. The hospitality was exceptional. We slept in a tent and really enjoyed it. The tent was placed in a private and quiet bungalow and even had a fan in case the weather was hot. The whole property is really beautiful, in the heart of the jungle and was clean and well kept. There was even hot water in the showers and a very well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
