Maria is a really sweet lady who managed the stay for us. Good location, we had a really comfortable stay here. It was hard to get here because of a festival that closed down the main street but we spoke to the local cops and they opened the street for us since we were checking in just before the parade. All in all a perfect stay.

We loved our stay here. It is only two minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. We stayed in the private cacita that is on the property and we felt very lucky we were able to reserve it. It was everything we could have ever wanted and more. The porch with the outdoor seating is amazing. The outdoor kitchen is better stocked with kitchen utensils than my kitchen at home. There were only two of us but would have easily felt comfortable with 4-5 adults total staying there because there are extra bathrooms. Hot water and wifi are great!

There are some condos that are way up on the hill which would require you to drive down to the restaurant and beach but ours was easily walkable. We took a fishing tour from the resort and caught 14 tuna! It’s serene, relaxing and a great location. The food at the resort was very good. I definitely want to return here and stay longer.

Ocotal beach is approximately 15 mins away on foot and has a great restaurant, otherwise for the majority of restaurants it means a drive into Coco.Beach.

Rooms are spacious and very well maintained, and the inner courtyard is enjoyable to hang out in at dawn, listening to and/or watching morning birds. Staff is very nice. They realised I wanted to practice my Spanish so they were very patient with me (while they speak fluent English). Breakfast is tasty. Would come back.
