Jenna è stata fantastica, accogliente e molto gentile con noi. ci ha dato tantissimi consigli e abbiamo chiacchierato molto dopo la colazione ( buonissima ) . L’Hotel si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia, dove si possono trovare alcuni locali dove cenare o bere qualcosa. Le camere erano pulite e con tutti i comfort. È stato un peccato starci una sola notte, speriamo di vederci presto ! Camilla e Nicolò

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Provided breakfast of fresh fruit, juices and baked goods. House is only a couple years old so had all modern conveniences. AC was key as we were there during the hot season. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Swimming pool is very nice. This is considered a bed & breakfast so you are sharing the house with the hosts. The view is amazing and it's very quiet. We had monkeys right in the yard for most days we were there.

The space is clean and even though the set up is fairly basic. We felt at home and comfortable. The location is close to the beach and the town and the price unbeatable!

Best sunset on the beach! The Fenix was just purchased by the new owners and they were starting some renos but our stay was really enjoyable even with the little bit of construction going on. The rooms are a good size and have small kitchens which is great. The location is awesome and you can walk to beach restaurants and the downtown area. There is also fresh fish and a small store right behind the Fenix. The outside sitting area is fantastic....so comfortable and the sunsets are absolutely awesome. New owners mentioned they were thinking of some upgrades including A/C which would be great too. We plan on going back for sure (and bringing wine....inside joke with new owners!)

Alicia and her family members were so friendly and helpful! They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were cozy, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the most important - The location was perfect - close to the beach Carrillo and also close to a lot of restaurants.
