Super, Everything was excellent. Simon, was so friendly, to bring us to a restaurant, because no taxis, was available in the first hour, in the late evening , and in the morning, he drives us to, the mersyferry s, to seeing Liverpool. Mark (host) is brilliant and was very accommodating with my booking. 10 min walk to train station Rock Ferry taking you straight into town. Room was lovely and the bed was lush to the point I didn't want to get out of it. Keys can be locked in a key safe by the door which is handy on a night out. Lots of on street parking. Lovely place to stay and I'll be back

I was made most welcome on arrival. My room was spacious and clean with a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate plus cake. The room rate was very reasonable and was excellent value for money. There was a restaurant nearby and for a longer walk there was a selection of restaurants on the main road. The location was ideal for the ferry. I would definitely stay here again.
