We received a very warm welcome on arrival and we felt very much at home. The location was brilliant; just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to trains to Belfast which then took about 1/2 hour. The room was perfect - large, bright, and immaculately clean with an extremely comfortable bed and the view was pretty, quiet and soothing as were the gardens. Breakfasts were large, hot, and among the best we’d had while travelling. It was a lovely stay with a lovely host.

Extremely relaxing setting, quiet, peaceful with close proximity to waterfront premenade. Large room, comfortable bed. Really friendly host. We stayed in 4 B&Bs on this trip and this was the best among 4 really good places.
